Official Contest Rules

Contest Period

The Contenti Company "Tips & Tricks" ("Contest") is a monthly contest that begins on the first day of each month, and ends on the last day of each month. Entries may be submitted at any time and will be considered for the month in which they were postmarked or submitted online and for 365 days thereafter.

ELIGIBILITY Requirements

The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada, except where prohibited by law, 14 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, their family members, and persons living in the same household as employees or their family members are NOT eligible. All federal, state and local laws apply.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

Participation in the Contest constitutes Entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. By entering the Contest, Entrants warrant that their submission is an original work and does not infringe on copyright or other intellectual property rights. Entrants agree that Sponsor shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participation in the Contest.

Submitting Entries

Online Submission: Entrants may submit their Contest Entry online. Entrants should visit http://www.contenti.com/resources/tips/submit.html and fill in all required fields in the submission form.

Submission by Mail: Entrants may submit their Contest Entry via mail. Send submissions to: The Contenti Company, ATTN: Tips & Tricks, 515 Narragansett Park Drive, Pawtucket, RI 02861.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that in any way may defame or jeopardize the goodwill or reputation of Sponsor or of other entities. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Entrant it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation with these Official Rules.

Contest Entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. By participating in the Contest, Entrant waives and/or transfers all claims to rights, where applicable and except where prohibited. Upon acceptance of a Prize, Winner agrees to transfer full title to all intellectual property rights attached to Contest Entry, including all copyright, to Sponsor, and agrees to waive any and all claims to the Contest Entry.

SELECTION OF WINNERS

Each month, One (1) Winner will be selected from among all eligible Contest Entries based on a composite score using the following criteria ("Judging Criteria"): Engaging content (40%) · Uniqueness of content (30%) · Clarity of description (30%)

Sponsor will score all eligible Contest Entries based on the Judging Criteria and will select the Potential Winner on or about the first day of the month immediately following the applicable Contest Period. Sponsor's decisions as to the administration of the Contest and prize awards are final. Sponsor will notify the Potential Winner via email or telephone in accordance with the information provided by Entrant in the Contest Entry. In the event that any prize notification is undeliverable or Sponsor is unable to contact a Potential Winner, the prize may be forfeited. Where a prize is forfeited, the Entrant with the next highest score in accordance with the Judging Criteria will be chosen as an Alternate Winner.

PRIZE

One (1) Winner will receive a Gift Certificate valued at $25.00 USD, good towards the purchase of products from The Contenti Company. All taxes and other expenses are the sole responsibility of the prize winners.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Contest should fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor impair the integrity of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes based on the Judging Criteria from the eligible submissions received up to the time of impairment. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Contest constitutes the Winner's consent to Sponsor's use of their names, city and state of residence, and winning entry, in whole or in part, for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media, online or offline, without further permission, consent, payment or other consideration, unless prohibited by law. ENTRANTS AGREE TO TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND FULL INDEMNIFY SPONSOR FOR ANY CLAIM, CAUSE OF ACTION, LOSS OR EXPENSE INCURRED BY SPONSOR FOR ANY INFRINGEMENT OR OTHER CLAIM ARISING OUT OF ENTRANT'S VIOLATION OF ANY PROVISION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES. BY RECEIPT OF ANY CONTEST PRIZE, WINNER(S) ACCEPTS THE PRIZE WITH NO FURTHER OBLIGATION FROM SPONSOR OR ITS AFFILIATES, AND AGREES TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OR CAUSES OF ACTION RELATING TO OR ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST.
