Used with our black organic rubber mold compounds to eliminate parting lines on flat-backed castings. Trace the rough outline of your original pattern on this rubber sheet, and then cut out the tracing. This cut out is then embedded in one side of an unvulcanized mold to contact the flat side of your pattern, which will cause the flat side, during vulcanization, to be flush with the surface of the other half of the mold. Each sheet measures 24" x 36" x 1/8" and has a 65 durometer (approximately).
