HV120 Vulcanizer 12" Mold Diameter

The Contenti HV Vulcanizers are available in two sizes: 12" and 18" diameter mold capacities. Each version can vulcanize any diameter spincasting mold up to its capacity. The ram plate of an HV Series Vulcanizer is suspended independently of the stress columns so that it cannot jam against them. The support plates are 2" thick and will never warp. The control box is mounted to the rear of the top so that you may use the top surface as a heating plate to preheat your molds. The top support plate is adjustable so that your heating platens can be realigned.

The 12" HV120 is available in 120V or 240V versions. The 18" HV180 is provided in 240V only. All are 1 phase; 3 phase vulcanizers can be obtained by special order. Made in USA by the Contenti Company.
