Complete Jump Ringer™ Set with Round Mandrels

The original apparatus for making your own jump rings and still the best. Use the Coil Winder and one of the mandrels from the Round Mandrel Set (sold separately) to form a 5" long coil using wire within a range of 30 ga. to 12 ga. (.010" to .082"). Place the coil in the Coil Holder and saw through it using the cylindrical Saw Guard/Guide coupled with your flexible shaft machine and no. 30-style handpiece. The 4-sided Round Coil Holder has 4 channels, each machined to a different depth to accommodate a wide variety of coil diameters (used with round coils only). The Coil Winder is fitted with a top quality Jacobs chuck with a capacity of 1/2" to accommodate the Round as well as the optional MultiShape Mandrels. Precision, high speed steel rotary saw (31.75mm, 1.25" dia.) is included. Made in USA.

The Cutting Attachment Set for the Jump Ringer has been re-configured to include the Multi-Shape Coil Holder. Includes the Coil Holder (shown in the background) the cylindrical Saw Guard/Guide, the Saw Arbor, and the Rotary Saw. The Coil Holder, also available separately, is the new larger size holder that accommodates coils up to 5" long and has 4 channels, each machined to a different depth to fit a wide variety of coil diameters, and to accommodate the round and all the multishape coils. These four items are included in the Complete Jump Ringer Set.
