Enlarge and reduce rings in seconds. Polished steel expanding mandrel has 6 segments and accommodates rings from 3 to 15. Reducing die with 16 countersunk, carefully formed and finished holes permit a wide variety of reductions. Will not scratch or mar rings. Overall height is 17" and four holes are provided in the base for securing it to a work bench. Made in Ukraine.
