An ingeniously designed tool, with carbide inserts in the jaws, for cutting hard wire. Equipped with PVC grips. Stainless steel construction with standard bevel cutting edges. Since we introduced these cutters, we have added leaf return springs, but we still have older stock, not equipped with springs, that we are selling at 45% off the original price. Made in Pakistan.
