Rapido™ Silicone Rubbber Castaldo®

Castaldo's® new Rapido™ Silicone is the fastest curing, heat vulcanized rubber for wax-injection production rubber molds. Cures in just 9 to 20 minutes, depending upon mold thickness, at only 200°F (93°C).

Use it to make powder-separation or hand-cut-separation molds. And, like all silicone rubbers, it's eassy to use and requires no release agents when de-molding.

• 1/4" (6 mm) thick mold 9 minutes
• 1/2" (12 mm) thick mold 10 minutes
• 3/4" (19 mm) thick mold 15 minutes
• 1" (25 mm) thick mold 20 minutes

Rapido™ silicone strips are 1/4" thick and are available in two sizes: 2-7/8" x 18" long and 5-3/4" x 18" long (double width). Sold by the pound. Made in USA.
