   650 Low Fire PasteArt Clay Silver |
Low Fire Paste is the same material as our 650 Low Fire Clay but with a higher water content. It has the consistency of yogurt and can be diluted further with water. Low Fire Paste is great for painting objects that will be "burned out" during firing, such as leaves. It can also be used to combine unfired silver clay pieces or to fill unwanted cracks or pits. Packaged in glass jars in 10 and 20 gram sizes. Typical firing time is 30 minutes at 1200°F (650°C). Can be fired in a kiln, with a butane torch or on a stovetop.
