Out-Of-Stock Items

Inventory

Our online catalog is not currently tied into our warehouse inventory system. As such, we cannot guaranty that the items you have ordered are in stock at time of delivery. We make every effort to maintain our stock levels so that out-of-stock items rarely occur.

Backorders

Items that are out-of-stock when ordered will be shown on your invoice (included in your package) as Quantity Shipped = 0. All out-of-stock items will be automatically back-ordered and shipped upon arrival at our facility. Charges for back-ordered items are included on the original invoice and will be shipped at no additional charge. If you do not want out-of-stock items to be back-ordered, please specify this in the "special instructions" area during checkout (step 2).
