Ordering Online

Using our Search Engine

In the top-right corner of every page of our website, you will find our search box. To search for items, simply enter the name of the item, a description, or the item number into the search box and press the "GO" button. You will then be taken to a list of products which match your search terms. Click on any one of the results to see more detailed information about the item(s), including cost. If your search results are large and span several pages, you can try narrowing your search by using more specific word(s). If your results are too few or do not include the item(s) you are looking for, you can broaden your search. Visit our Search Tips page for more information.

Shopping By category

To the left of our search box (at the top of every page) you will find a drop-down menu labeled "shop by category...". This is the quickest way to get to any of our product category pages. Simply click on the drop-down box, then select one of the categories. You will be taken directly to that section, where you can choose from a number of sub-categories. Within each sub-category is a list of available items. Clicking on any one of these items will take you to a detailed product page with specific information, including pricing and a button to add the item to your shopping cart.

Browsing our online catalog

Don't know what you're looking for? You can easily browse our entire online catalog by clicking the and buttons. These buttons can be found just above the Product and Category names and will take you from one product (or category) to the next, in logical order. And since we take the time to organize our products well, this is a great way to see what we have to offer, quickly and without getting lost or frustrated.

Express Order Form

Do you know exactly what you want? Do you have the item number(s) of the products you would like to order? You can save time by using our Express Order Form. Simply enter the item number(s) into the form and click "add items to cart". When the items are added, the current pricing and item descriptions will be reflected in your cart.

Using our shopping Cart

Once you find the product(s) you want, simply click the "ADD" button to add it to your shopping cart. You will then be taken to the Shopping cart page, showing all items that are currently in your cart. Here you can change the quantities of items or remove them entirely. For items that have quantity price breaks, these discounts will be reflected upon clicking "update quantity". To return to our online catalog, click "continue shopping".

Once your cart contains all of the items you want to order, click the "checkout" button. You will be prompted to enter your contact information, shipping address, payment information, etc. Simply follow the step-by-step instructions until you reach the confirmation page. Return to the Help Section for links to more detailed information about shipping, payment, etc.

Price Quotes

If you are interested in certain items but are not ready to make a purchase, you can put together a price quote with shipping costs very easily. Once you have all of your products in the shopping cart, click the text link below the "checkout" button (the link is labeled "Not ready to Buy? Click here for a price quote."). You will be asked to enter the State/Province, Zip/Postal Code, and Country where the order is to be shipped. After clicking "continue", you will be shown all available shipping methods to that location along with the cost for each.

Minimum Order Total

In order to keep our prices low and our level of service high, we request that all orders placed through our website total $30 or more (not including shipping charges). Orders below $30 can still be processed, but will be assessed a $5.00 service charge.

International orders must meet a minimum order total of $200 (not including shipping charges). In addition, an International Documentation Fee will be added to all orders shipped outside of the United States (excluding Canada and US Territories) .
